About This Performance
A native Californian trained at European conservatories, pianist Lara Downes combines girl-next-door charm with intense virtuosity. In residence at the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts at UC Davis, Downes presents a fall-themed program of Tchaikovsky, Barber and Schumann.
