Artists in the Schools
Through our Artists-in-Residence Program, San Francisco Performances brings world-class musicians and dancers to present performances, discussions, demonstrations and master classes in Bay Area schools. If you would like to have a resident artist visit your school, please contact us at education@performances.org.
Discount Policy
Education Partners:
Teachers at schools participating in SFP's arts education programs can request complimentary tickets for students (and a limited number of half-price adult tickets) to select performances designated by SFP. The offer is extended to teachers by invitation only. Request must be submitted in writing no later than one week prior to performance.
Culture Card:
Full-time students at participating schools (SF Conservatory of Music & UCSF) can purchase a Culture Card, which entitles them to one free ticket to designated performances, determined and posted by SFP throughout the season. Limit of one Culture Card per student; proof of status required at time of card purchase AND at the door. Student Rush:
SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, full-time students receive 50% of single tickets at the box office on the day of performance. Limit of one discounted ticket per student; proof of status required.
Student Subscriptions:
Full-time students receive 30% off our already discounted series prices. Limit of one student subscription per student; proof of status required.
Group Discounts:
Subject to availability, and not limited to students, a discount of 10% is available to groups of 10+; a discount of 20% is available to groups of 20+.
The student discount program is administered by, and at the discretion of, SFP staff. In cases of abuse, SFP retains the right to withdraw discount offers.
